10. Services, Payments & Hosting

10.1 Payments

All invoices must be paid within the timeframe specified on the invoice. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

10.2 Refund Policy

All payments made for services are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. This includes website design, development, SEO services, and hosting.

10.3 Hosting Services

All hosting services are non-refundable once purchased. Hosting fees cover server allocation, maintenance, and ongoing availability for the billing period.

Clients may cancel or migrate their website at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the hosting term.

10.4 Third-Party Platforms

We do not provide support, setup, or management for third-party website platforms not built or maintained by us, including AI website builders and proprietary systems.

Any requests involving third-party platforms may be declined at our discretion.

10.5 Scope of Work

Any work outside the originally agreed scope may be quoted separately. We reserve the right to decline work outside our standard service offerings.

10.6 Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in communication may result in project delays.

10.7 Website Ownership

Full ownership of the website is transferred to the client only once all outstanding invoices have been paid in full.
