The brief

The brief

Trace's Training is a solo, reward-based dog trainer serving Tarzali and the wider Atherton Tablelands in Far North Queensland. Tracey needed a site as calm and approachable as her in-person coaching, one that made a free consultation the obvious first step and sorted enquiries by the details that matter. We answered with a warm, photo-led build around her "Your Dog's Happy Place" voice, three plain-English training pillars, and an enquiry form that captures each dog's name and breed before the conversation even starts.

What we built

What we built

  • A dog-aware enquiry form. The contact form asks for the dog's name and breed alongside a 'How can I help you?' field, so Tracey opens every message already knowing who she is helping and can reply with a tailored plan rather than a generic one.
  • Three clear training pillars. Puppy Training, Obedience Training and Behavioural Strategies are laid out in plain English, with everyday problems like leash pulling, recall, barking and separation anxiety named so owners instantly recognise their own dog.
  • A free-consultation front door. A 'Book a free consultation' call to action runs through the site, turning a low-pressure phone chat into the natural first step and keeping the whole experience welcoming instead of salesy.
  • Warm, local personality. Gallery photos of real dogs, a 'Reviews from Our Pack' testimonials band and a peeking-dog illustration carry the 'One tail wag at a time' voice, while the Tarzali address and hours ground the brand firmly in the Tablelands.
