The brief
Ringtail Towing is a family-owned tilt tray business run by Steve and Geraldine out of Mareeba, with more than 25 years behind them. The challenge was presenting a compact, locally operated team as a credible, organised choice across a huge regional footprint, and turning a phone-first trade into structured online enquiries. The site answers with a clear six-service structure, a quote form that captures genuine job detail, and honest positioning around scheduled business-hours towing rather than a hollow round-the-clock promise.

What we built
- ✓Six services, one clean grid. Every part of the operation gets its own card and custom SVG icon, from accident recovery and roadside assistance to boat and caravan transport, machinery haulage, insurance and trade work, and secure Mareeba storage.
- ✓A quote form that captures the job. Instead of a bare contact box, the enquiry form asks for pickup and dropoff, vehicle type and the specifics, so Steve and Geraldine get a workable job brief before they even call back.
- ✓Honest hours, not a fake 24/7 badge. The site is built around real trading hours, Monday to Friday 7am to 5:30pm with weekends by appointment, positioning Ringtail as organised and scheduled rather than promising round-the-clock recovery they do not run.
- ✓Wide local footprint, one-tap contact. A full Tablelands coverage list runs from Mareeba out to Chillagoe, Cairns and Port Douglas, backed by click-to-call buttons throughout, a live Google review rating on show, and a link to their Facebook page for local proof.
