Reed's Mechanical Solutions is a family-owned workshop in Portsmith, Cairns, handling everything from logbook and 4WD servicing to air conditioning, auto electrical, brakes and fleet work. Mechanics live and die on trust, so the real challenge was making an unknown local feel safe enough to book. The site answers it with plain-language service pages, prices shown up front, and a booking button that is always open, turning the workshop's honest-advice promise into something a nervous first-timer can act on in seconds.

- ✓Online booking, built in. A live booking integration lets customers reserve a service slot straight from the site, so enquiries can turn into jobs without waiting for a phone call back.
