The brief
Turn a search into a booked service.
Pristine Auto Cairns is a full mechanical workshop with more than 25 years under the bonnet: logbook servicing, roadworthy certificates for cars and motorcycles, brakes, clutches, transmissions, auto electrical, air-conditioning and windscreens. Plenty of mechanics get by on word of mouth and a Facebook page. Pristine wanted a site that did the selling for them: showed the full range of work, proved they could be trusted with your car, and let people book a service there and then.
What we built
Built to book the workshop out.
- ✓A booking form that captures the car. The inline form asks for the vehicle and the service up front, so an enquiry lands job-ready instead of a vague "can you call me back". Less phone tag, more booked work.
- ✓Every service, its own card. Roadworthy certificates, logbook servicing, brakes, clutch, transmission, auto electrical, air-con and windscreens each get a photo-led card with an icon, so a customer spots their exact problem in seconds and self-qualifies before they even call.
- ✓Trust badges pulled to the top. Live Google and Facebook ratings sit alongside "25+ years" and "same-day service", because a mechanic is hired on trust before price, and that proof needed to be the first thing you see.
- ✓Fast, mobile-first, and theirs to own. Most people search for a mechanic on a phone next to a car that will not start, so the site loads instantly and books one-handed. And Pristine owns the site, domain and content outright, no lock-in.
