The brief
The brief
NBW Accounting For Taxes is a Cairns accounting and taxation firm led by certified chartered accountant Natalie, serving individuals, sole traders, trusts and companies. Accounting sites often read cold and interchangeable, so the challenge was to make a solo practice feel both qualified and personable. The build answers it with a professional layout that splits the offer into three clear service pillars, front-loads credential badges, tells Natalie's real story, and keeps a Calendly booking option within reach so an enquiry never has to wait on a callback.

What we built
- ✓Self-service booking, not phone tag. A Calendly booking link lets visitors schedule an appointment directly, with opening hours shown alongside: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, and weekends by appointment.
- ✓Credentials you can see up front. Trust badges for Chartered Accountant, Xero, Registered Tax Agent and Mental Health First Aid sit prominently on the page, signalling Natalie's qualifications at a glance.
- ✓Three services, cleanly split. The offer is broken into Tax Returns, CFO Services and Bookkeeping, each spelled out with specifics like BAS and IAS lodgements, cashflow management and bank reconciliations, so visitors self-identify fast.
- ✓A real person behind the practice. The site tells Natalie's genuine background across government and private-sector roles, right down to RSPCA Million Paws walks with her dog Bambino, and pairs it with three named client testimonials.
