The brief
The brief
Mueller Automotive is Jo Mueller's mechanical workshop on Mulgrave Road in Woree, servicing all makes and models across Cairns, from logbook and 4x4 servicing to brakes, air-con regas, electrical diagnostics and roadworthy certificates. The task was to turn a busy local workshop into a site that reads as trustworthy and takes bookings without a phone call. The build answers with a clean single-page layout, an icon-led services grid and a MechanicDesk booking link, so a driver can find the shop and lock in a service in minutes.
What we built
Under the bonnet
- ✓Book a service online. The Make a booking buttons hand off to MechanicDesk, the online booking system the workshop uses, so customers can reserve a slot on the web instead of playing phone tag during business hours.
- ✓An enquiry form that speaks mechanic. The Get In Touch form captures name, email, mobile and vehicle registration up front, so the team can look up the car before they reply rather than chasing details later.
- ✓The full service menu, at a glance. An icon-led grid lays out Basic, Full, General and 4x4 servicing alongside engine, suspension, brakes, spark plugs, A/C regas and roadworthy certificates, making the workshop's range readable in one scroll.
- ✓Built for a local to reach fast. A click-to-call phone number, posted opening hours including the early Friday close, a Google Reviews section and Facebook and Instagram links give Cairns drivers every easy way to check out the shop and get in touch.
