The brief

The brief: two audiences, one calm brand

Lawrence Leadership Co is a boutique consultancy founded by Simone Lawrence, a certified EMCC and ICF coach with over 25 years of global experience, set up to address what it describes as the human crises in leadership. The brief was to serve two very different buyers, organisations booking offsites and workshops, and individuals seeking career or transition coaching, without the site ever feeling split. The answer is a calm, minimalist design with generous whitespace and a recurring bird motif, where clear dual pathways route each visitor to the right programs and a single free Strategy Call.

What we built

✓A bird that means new heights. A recurring bird motif runs through the site as SVG artwork, quietly reinforcing the headline promise of coaching leaders to new heights. It gives a service business a memorable visual signature rather than leaning on stock imagery alone.
✓Two front doors, one brand. The navigation splits cleanly into For Organisations and For Individuals dropdowns, each carrying its own five programs. Every visitor self-selects their path and lands on offerings written for them, without the brand ever feeling fractured.
✓From free call to newsletter. A free Strategy Call is the primary call to action across the site, backed by a contact form and a direct email. Warmer, not-yet-ready leads are captured through the Renewal newsletter, delivered through Substack.
✓Calm, editorial, credible. Minimalist layouts, generous whitespace, client testimonials and an Insights article section build authority around a solo coach. An Acknowledgement of Traditional Custodians rounds out a considered, human-centred tone.
