Juggle Pots is Astrid's pottery studio in Stratford, where beginners get muddy on a wheel and leave with something they made. The site had to do two jobs: make a first-time visitor want to book a session, and let Astrid run the whole thing herself without calling us every time a class date moves.

The brief
The brief
Astrid needed a site that felt like the studio does: earthy, warm and a bit playful, not another clean template. It had to sell sessions to people who have never touched clay, hold a real class timetable that changes with the seasons, and be something she could edit herself between throwing pots.
What we built
What we built
- ✓Class dates live in one place Every workshop and party date is entered once. The page and the booking form both read from it, past dates disappear on their own and booked dates show struck through.
- ✓Seasonal sections that hide, not delete Christmas parties and one-off workshops switch on and off with a toggle, so nothing has to be rebuilt when the season turns.
- ✓A gallery that earns its place 43 studio photos from a professional shoot, cut to the exact ratios the layout uses so nothing is re-cropped or served oversized.
- ✓Her own website guide A training guide built into her dashboard, covering how to edit content, hide a section and read form entries, so she is not dependent on us.
- ✓Private parties, properly explained Six wheels, 4 to 16 people, with the party formats laid out so an enquiry arrives already knowing what it wants.
