The brief

A niche housing operator with three very different audiences.

ASWAM is purpose-built accommodation for seasonal agricultural workers in Mareeba, Far North Queensland, founded by Steve and Geraldine to ease the region's worker-housing shortage and free up local rentals for families and residents. The site has to convince three audiences at once: labour recruitment agencies placing crews, farmers needing workers housed, and the workers themselves. We answered with a clean, card-based build that segments accommodation by audience, states the facility's real capacity plainly, and backs it with named local testimonials and agency partners.

What we built

Built to earn trust from every side.

  • Accommodation split by who's asking. The main menu carries an Accommodation dropdown segmented into farmer, backpacker and seasonal worker pages, so each audience lands on content written for them rather than one generic catch-all page.
  • Real capacity, stated plainly. Instead of vague promises, the facilities are laid out as concrete fact-cards: 24 purpose-built beds, two large shared kitchens, five toilets and five showers, plus communal living areas.
  • A Stage 1 gallery that signals growth. A dedicated Stage 1 Gallery shows photography of the completed facility, and the Stage 1 framing quietly tells agencies more capacity is coming without over-promising a timeline.
  • Local proof and a low-friction enquiry path. Named testimonials from Jobs Australia Enterprises, Mareeba Property Office and FNQ Growers sit beside a contact form with a special-requests field and CAPTCHA, plus a direct phone number and email.
