What we collect

• Information you give us. Name, phone number, email address, business name and anything you include when you fill in a form, book a discovery call, use our quote or domain tools, email us or become a client.
• Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and access times, collected through server logs and analytics when you browse the site.
• Client project information. If you engage us, the content, images and account details needed to build and maintain your website or run your campaigns.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies and similar technologies for core functionality and measurement. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the business: website hosting, email delivery, analytics and advertising platforms (Google), appointment scheduling (Calendly, when you book a call), payment processing, and professional advisers where required. Some of these providers store data outside Australia (for example in the United States); we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle it responsibly. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Security and retention

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to a business of our size, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and regular software updates. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take the protection of your information seriously. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.

Access, correction and complaints

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no lawful reason to keep it.
